In the fierce battle against Japan, General Fan Zixia was hit by the Japanese army in the artery under his left shoulder. Although the bullet was removed after surgery, due to excessive blood loss, General Fan Zixia closed his eyes forever at 6 pm on the 12th. He was 34 years old.
The General's tomb is made of 34 square bluestones, representing his 34-year journey of life. There is a monument on the tomb, but there is no word. After the founding of New China, the coffin of the general moved to Handan Shanxi-Hebei-Shandong-Henan Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery. The existing tomb of General Fan Zixia in front of Fengluan Temple is a cenotaph, which has been listed as a patriotic education base in Shahe City.
